My subscription renewed and my card has been charged for the next cycle. I don’t want to continue the subscription, can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel and request a refund on prepaid subscriptions. If no boxes have been shipped yet, then we will process a refund less the bank processing fee and a $10 restocking fee. If one or more boxes have been shipped, please see our refund policy here. Please reach out to us and we will process your refund within 48 business hours.

UPDATE: Starting October 2024 all new subscriptions are paid month-to-month. There is no longer a prepaid option so refunds on new subscriptions do not apply. You can can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
